Always active and an athlete with a passion for the movement, the human body and the way the body responds to injury; JP studied sports medicine at Indiana University receiving a degree in athletic training.

 

JP’s passion grew from helping people recover from injuries to improving their overall fitness and health. His specialties range from injury rehabilitation, weight loss, gaining muscle, and improving  body movement. More importantly, he prides himself on being adaptable and treating each of his clients as an individual and catering to their needs.

Maxie has been passionately pursuing movement of all kinds and shifting her perspective around nutrition which has led her to motivate others with their fitness goals.

 

Her own journey has included purposeful daily movement in a variety of modalities, which is the same philosophy she brings to her work. Maxie collaborates with her clients to overcome their fitness hesitancy and find accessible solutions for a more balanced lifestyle. She believes that it is never too late to learn and adopt small modifications that can lead to big changes over time.
